📒Tasting Note 📒

Appearance: A softly shimmering light gold.

Aroma: An elegant bouquet of apple, uiro(sweet rice jelly), gyuhi (soft rice cake), and konpeitō (sugar candy) unfolds.

Taste: A harmonious blend of refreshing apple-like acidity and the gentle sweetness reminiscent of uiro(soft rice jelly) and gyuhi(soft rice cake). Furthermore, its freshness and light, tingling unpasteurized sensation add color to the New Year. The "psst" sound upon opening the bottle is also part of the charm of this special sake! After 4-5 days from opening the bottle, the impression of the flavor will change to melon-like notes.

Please try this exciting drink, perfect for your New Year's table!
